What to do if the plants arrived damaged or in poor condition?

• If you find damage or a problem with the delivered plants, please contact us preferably within 48 hours after delivery

• You can contact us by phone or email

• We will work together to resolvethe situation to your satisfaction

• Withdrawal from the contract: You can withdraw from the contract by sending an email to info@sukulenty-samek.cz, including your name and order number.
