Dudleya

Dudleya is a genus of succulent plants in the Crassulaceae family, native to California and northern Mexico. The plants form rosettes of fleshy leaves, often covered with a waxy coating that protects them from intense sunlight. The tubular flowers, in shades of yellow, pink, or red, appear on tall flowering stalks.
