TIP for you:

This cultivar is prized for its unusually rich rosette foliage, making it a true rarity among sedums.

Sempervivum Fluffy Fluke is a cultivar bred by Edward Skrocki from the United States of America in 1988 and belongs to the S. arachnoideum group. This houseleek forms larger rosettes that are only lightly hairy. Growth is very vigorous, with rosettes quickly forming dense clumps, and the appearance changes during the year according to the seasons.

It is best grown in a sunny position in a well-draining, mainly mineral substrate, where prolonged waterlogging should be avoided. It is suitable for rock gardens, dry stone walls and containers with drainage, and tolerates year-round outdoor cultivation. The plant is monocarpic, meaning the mother rosette dies after flowering, but thanks to its very vigorous growth and production of offsets, the planting remains intact. Due to its strong growth, it is a good choice for growers looking for a highly vigorous houseleek.
