Jovibarba heuffelii Satipo was bred by Martin Haber back in 2004.
Jovibarba heuffelii Satipo is a cultivar bred by Martin Haberer in 2004. It forms emerald-green rosettes with densely fringed margins that give them a silvery appearance. In spring, the tips of the outer leaves turn purple, creating a strong colour contrast. Individual rosettes reach about 6 cm in diameter, and yellow flowers appear when the plant blooms.
It grows best in a sunny position in a well-draining substrate with a higher mineral content, and the substrate must not remain waterlogged for long periods. It is suitable for rock gardens, dry stone walls and containers with drainage, does not require fertilisation, and can be grown outdoors all year round without special care.
