The plant should ideally be placed in partial shade, but it can also be placed in direct sunlight.

Always water a few days after the substrate has dried out. Reduce watering in winter.

It can withstand temperatures as low as -1.1 °C for short periods. The plant is not frost-resistant.

TIP for you:

It is undemanding and suitable for both beginners and experienced growers.

Haworthia fasciata Concolor is a form whose name Concolor means “uniform in colour,” or more precisely “evenly patterned.” Unlike the usual strong contrasting bands, the leaves of this plant are covered with small dots and raised markings in a similar shade, giving it a calmer and more consistent appearance.

The leaves have a dark green base colour and are densely covered with fine markings of the same tone across the entire surface. The plant forms firm rosettes that can reach up to around 20 cm in size and appear more robust than some smaller Haworthia forms.

The flowers are small and rather inconspicuous, appearing on a tall flower stalk. Haworthias are mainly grown for their foliage, as flowering is quite similar across most species and is more of a secondary feature.

Haworthia fasciata Concolor is an exceptionally hardy succulent, suitable even for beginners. It does not require much water or direct sun, but with gradual acclimation it can tolerate full sun quite well. If you are looking for a reliable Haworthia with a subtle, evenly patterned leaf surface, this form is a very good choice.
