The plant likes a sunny location. The plant can be grown outdoors in summer.

Always water a few days after the substrate has dried out. Reduce watering in winter.

It can withstand temperatures as low as -3.9 °C for short periods. However, the plant is not frost-resistant.

With age, it forms dense clusters of multiple rosettes.

Echeveria Lola is a well-known hybrid cultivar created by Dick Wright in California in 1980. It is believed to be the result of a cross between Echeveria lilacina and Echeveria Deresina. This cultivar is valued mainly for its compact growth and soft pastel foliage tones.

The plant forms small, symmetrical rosettes of pointed leaves that are light blue-green with a subtle pink to purplish blush. The leaves are covered with a fine waxy coating, giving them a pearly, slightly marble-like appearance. Rosettes grow to about 10 cm in diameter and readily produce offsets, gradually forming dense clumps over time.

Flowering occurs during winter and spring. Short, branched flower stalks carry peach-coloured, bell-shaped blooms typical of the genus Echeveria.

Echeveria Lola is an undemanding succulent well suited to bright conditions. It develops its best colouring in full sun, but care should be taken to avoid overwatering. A well-drained substrate is essential, and fertilising is usually unnecessary, as the plant maintains a compact habit with minimal care.
