This cultivar is named Bill Gates after the famous American entrepreneur and founder of Microsoft.

Echeveria Bill Gates is a Korean cultivar of the genus Echeveria, named after Bill Gates, an American entrepreneur and co-founder of Microsoft.

The leaves are very fleshy, rounded to ovate, with a smooth surface and a fine powdery coating. The coloration is light green to grey-green, giving a soft and uniform appearance. The leaves are clustered in a compact rosette that remains small and dense. Growth is slow, and the plant maintains a small size over time.

Flowers may appear during the growing season on a separate flowering stalk. They are typical for succulents, but the plant does not flower regularly.

Echeveria Bill Gates requires a well-draining substrate, a bright position, and watering only after the substrate has dried. In containers, fast drainage is important so that the substrate does not remain wet for long periods. Thanks to its small rosettes and slow growth, it is suitable for cultivation in small pots, where it maintains a compact shape over a long period.
