Delosperma Sunrise Red – Orange is an easy-growing perennial with a long flowering period. From May until October, it produces masses of orange-red flowers that open only in full sunlight. The blooms appear continuously throughout the season and provide a vivid colour display.
It is grown similarly to other ice plants, in a sunny position and in a well-draining, mainly mineral substrate, where prolonged waterlogging should be avoided. It is suitable for rock gardens, dry stone walls, gravel beds and borders. When placed correctly, it flowers reliably over a long period and is a good choice for plantings focused on extended seasonal colour.
