Ideally, place in a sunny location.

Always water a few days after the substrate has dried out. Reduce watering in winter.

It can withstand temperatures as low as -3.9 °C for short periods. However, the plant is not frost-resistant.

TIP for you:

It grows into distinctive tiered rosettes resembling pagodas – ideal for sunny locations.

Crassula capitella Pagoda is a green form of the well-known species Crassula capitella. It originates from southern Africa, where it grows in dry, sunny habitats. Compared to red-coloured forms, this variant has a calmer appearance and is valued mainly for its upright growth and pure green leaves.

The leaves are narrow, triangular and tightly arranged around the stem, forming a regular, pagoda-like shape. They are uniformly green, without red coloration, and the plant maintains a slim, upright habit over time. The stems are firm and may become slightly woody with age. The plant usually grows to a height of around 20 cm.

The flowers are small, whitish and appear in spike-like inflorescences.

Crassula capitella Pagoda requires a well-draining substrate and a bright position, ideally with plenty of sunlight. Watering should be moderate and only after the substrate has completely dried. It is an undemanding Crassula that works well on its own or combined with other succulents, where its regular and calm growth habit stands out.
