Place the plant in a sunny location.

Water only a few days after the substrate has completely dried out. Reduce watering during winter.

It can briefly tolerate temperatures down to -3.9 °C, but it is not frost hardy.

TIP for you:

Use a relatively small pot. Like most Crassula species, it grows best when its roots are slightly confined, which also helps reduce the risk of overwatering.

Crassula brevifolia Robusto is a more robust form of the popular Crassula brevifolia, a species native to South Africa. Compared to the typical form, it develops thicker stems, larger leaves, and a more compact growth habit, giving it a stronger and more substantial appearance even at a young age.

The plant produces densely leafy, upright to slightly spreading stems with fleshy, triangular leaves arranged in neat opposite pairs. The leaves are fresh green, while their margins develop an attractive red tint in bright sunlight, creating a striking contrast. As the plant matures, it branches freely and forms dense, bushy clumps.

In spring or early summer, it may produce clusters of small, star-shaped flowers that range from white to pale pink.

Crassula brevifolia Robusto thrives in a sunny location with a well-draining substrate. Its compact habit, colourful leaf margins, and easy care make it an attractive addition to any succulent collection.
