TIP for you:

With occasional pruning, this plant can make a beautiful succulent bonsai.

Aeonium lindleyi is a succulent plant that grows at altitudes up to 1000 m from sea level, but usually between 200 and 500 m above sea level. In nature it can reach a height of up to 50 cm and has green to yellow-green leaves with a velvety texture due to short hairs. This succulent branches profusely and forms small rosettes with a shallow root system. Aerial roots may also develop in summer.

Aeonium lindleyi is known for its profusion of bright yellow flowers. These flowers are star-shaped and usually bloom in summer.

In full sun, the leaves take on yellow hues. Shaping this plant into a nice little tree is easy and the plant responds well to pruning, producing new rosettes at the point of cut. I therefore recommend Aeonium lindleyi as a good candidate for beginners who want to grow and shape succulents.
