Piaranthus

The genus Piaranthus consists of small succulent plants from the family Apocynaceae, native to southern Africa. They form low-growing, creeping or ascending stems with a four-angled shape, often finely toothed along the edges. The plants are known for their star-shaped flowers with distinctive patterns, produced near the base of the stems. Piaranthus species are adapted to arid conditions and require a very well-drained substrate and careful watering.
